Process

Scope. Produce.
Deliver.

You approve at every stage.

01

Scope

Send us the SKUs. We review the listing or launch plan, identify the image gaps, and return a recommended shot list with a clear quote.

02

Produce

Ship the samples to our studio. You approve the plan before production and review proofs at the agreed stages, before final delivery.

03

Deliver

Every file is retouched, quality-checked, and prepared to the retailer requirements agreed for the project. You receive upload-ready images along with the organized master files.

For brokerages

Your suppliers.
Our studio.

Give the suppliers you represent stronger product content—without building a production team of your own. Blue Shelf partners with brokerages in two ways: through direct referrals or as a white-label production partner behind your team.

Two ways to work

Choose the model that fits the relationship

Roles, communication, approvals, and commercial terms are agreed before the project begins.

Option 01 The standard model

Referral

You make the introduction. We scope, produce, and deliver the project directly with the supplier, keeping you involved wherever your perspective is useful. The supplier gets a defined production partner. Your team stays focused on the account.

or

Option 02 For established partnerships

White label

We work behind your team while you manage the supplier relationship. Blue Shelf handles production against the approved scope, following the communication and branding structure agreed in advance.

This model is reserved for established brokerage partners with consistent project volume.
